All *.bak files were copied to backup_directory, along with everything 
else that was here before March 04, 2009.

Deleted files:
CIRS_110TI_GLOBAMP001_VIMS.sasf 
(name changed due to typo:GLOBAMP should be GLOBMAP)

and

CIRS_111TI_MIRLMBINT002_PRIME.sasf
(name changed to CIRS_111TI_MIRLMPAIR002_PRIME)

Changed SEQSETUP load command parameter 5 to 12288.

Used Matt Elliot's update_triggers program in /usr/local/grail/bin/ to 
do the Titan trigger strips and renumbering. However, the program
removed the wrong table in observation CIRS_110TI_MIDIRTMAP001_PRIME.
So, I ended up checking all the other sasf files. Do not trust the 
results of the program. Trigger changes were done in triggers_edit 
subdirectory. The files changed were then move to the sasf directory.
All original files before the edits are in triggers_edit subdirectory.

Changed the path and name of the files on S50.CIRS.data before uploading 
it and the sasf files to cascirs1 to run seqgen.

Changed permission to all files to "read only" so there would not be 
any unintentional change to those files since the SSG merge sasf file
has been delivered. Any changes to these files can be made in the PSIV1 
directory, to where they have been copied.
